SUMMARY

InSEAM is a web-based tool for user-defined geospatial data collection. Data consists of geometric annotations to a global map with user defined metadata.

InSEAM has no modeling component. The drawings from users will serve as the final scenario land cover.  

The output can also be used as restricted areas or override areas input for other LULC models.

INPUT - REQUIRED [Spatial] LULC scenario vector with annotation
INPUT - OPTIONAL [Spatial] LULC scenario vector with annotation
OUTPUT Collective view of user-drawn land use polygons or annotation for planning unit

REQUIRE GIS TOOL TO RUN THE MODEL? No. However, GIS tool is needed for post-processing to compile user input and convert vectors to rasters
