InVEST Scenario Generator is a desktop application that provides a relatively easy approach for making scenario storylines spatially explicit when data and resources are limited. It is appropriate for use when the aim of scenario development is to represent stakeholder visions, preferences or key uncertainties about the future rather than to project trends or predict the future. Also, with user-defined growth goal, the tool can add new land cover type to scenario maps.
