CLUE (the Conversion of Land Use and its Effects) is a framework that models land use change from empirical relations between land use and driving factors and dynamic land use competition. CLUE-S is the most-used version of CLUE model designed for regional analysis, which models land use as one homogenous status of each cell.
CLUE-S requires only one LULC raster map as input.
